1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using WipaFlow, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Account Registration & Google Auth

To access certain features, you must register for an account. We provide a "Sign-In with Google" option for your convenience.

• Data Access: When you use Google Sign-In, we only access the necessary information (such as your email and name) to identify you.
• Security: We do not see or store your Google password. Authentication is handled securely by Google's infrastructure.
• Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Data Processing & Privacy

We prioritize the security of your data:

• File Uploads: WipaFlow may process files (such as .zip files) to provide analytics or services. We do not store your uploaded .zip files on our permanent servers. Once the processing is complete, the temporary data is purged.
• Encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS technology.
• Passwords: If you create a manual account, your passwords are encrypted using high-level hashing algorithms. We never store passwords in plain text.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes.
• Attempt to bypass any security measures of WipaFlow.
• Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the SaaS platform.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful data.

5. Intellectual Property

WipaFlow and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WipaFlow and its licensors. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over the content you upload for processing.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

7. Limitation of Liability

WipaFlow is provided "AS IS." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall WipaFlow be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
